Customer and Community Engagement

We engage communities and customers so that their views help inform the decisions that you make.

People who use services are often best placed to say how they can be improved, but there can be groups whose views are seldom heard.

We will:

Listen to you to find out who you should be engaging about what and how you currently work with your customers/communities

Listen to your customers/communities to find out how they think you are working with them and how they would like to be engaged

Organise events, meetings, interviews, discussion forums and other communication channels, to improve dialogue between you and your customers/communities

Help you establish protocols for engaging effectively with different groups

Developing strategies and providing fresh thinking Linking your ideas with practical solutions
